The Integral Yoga class brings the attention inwards through linking movement with breath. The classes take the student to edge of ease and comfort in their body, challenging the body yet not causing pain or resistance. This way the poses or asanas offer maximum benefits without causing injury.
In addition to Kate’s Yoga Teacher Training her other qualifications, particularly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, naturally weave into her work.
